2010 League Information Packet

If you are a returning golf league, you must commit to the 2009 league season on or before January 31, 2010 by signing the attached league contract. All returning leagues have first priority in renewing or moving to a different day, time, or course. Please review the updated rules and guidelines as several changes have been made.

If you are a New Golf League, please call 989-781-4653 for league availability starting December 1, 2009. Please review the league rules and guidelines. Please be advised that any new league spots are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Number of players:

Minimum twelve per league

Each participant must devote to no less than an 18-week season starting the week of April 23, 2010. Special exemptions may be made to the 18 week schedule.

Only national holidays will be accepted as days off.

Pricing Structure

For 9-hole play with reserved tee times

Regular rate SV: $15.00 per person
Regular rate CC: $14.50 per person
Senior rate SV: $11.50 per person
Senior rate CC: $10.50 per person

Format League play begins April 23, 2010 and runs for 18 consecutive weeks. National Holidays will be observed. Play will rotate front to back each week. We reserve the right to change the rotation due to wet conditions, riding cart availability, and tournaments. Five-somes are not allowed under any circumstances.
Payment: Payment is due each week prior to the golf round. Prepayment is due on or before April 23, 2010. A complete and accurate roster of players must be submitted prior to the first scheduled league day, including full name, phone number and complete address of each league member.
Rainouts: The golf manager will call a rainout prior to your first starting tee-time. If possible, an additional week will be added to the end of your league should a rainout occur.
Days/Time: The more flexible your league is to different days and times, the more likely we are able to meet your request. Leagues run at both courses Monday thru Friday, 3:00 – 6:15pm.
Riding carts: Players that use riding carts must be paired together. A fee of $6.00 will be assessed to each golfer riding in a powered cart.
Alcohol: Only alcoholic beverages that are purchased on our premises will be allowed on the courses. We will consider you in violation of your contract if alcohol is brought to and consumed on the course. This is a state law and will be enforced. Coolers, of any kind, will not be allowed unless rented from the pro shops.
  Tardiness League players will be responsible for teeing-off during the leagues designated time slot. Golf course starters will hold leagues accountable for only using tee-times reserved for your league and starting preceding leagues on-time.
